Salary: Director: $60,000 - $80,000

Location: Union, NJ

Work hours: Full time- 40 hours weekly


POSITION OVERVIEW:

Under the direction of the President & CEO and in collaboration with the Board of Trustees and Leadership staff, plans, organizes, manages, and directs all marketing, communications and public relations for Bridgeway.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ progressive nonprofit work experience with minimum four years’ experience in nonprofit marketing/public relations/fundraising/communication,
  • Valid driver’s license required with no more than one moving violation within the past 12 months.
