We are exploring candidates for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Communications Coordinator who oversees and implements promotional partnerships, experiential marketing, influencer activations, and media stays. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who can effectively manage relationships with clients, media, and brand partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives that align with client goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in project management, production, and integrated marketing campaigns, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry, supporting media, brand partnerships, and events.
- Client Relations: Experience working with world-class hospitality brands and high-profile clients.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience: Proven track record of executing successful marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think creatively and strategically to solve challenges and drive brand goals.
- Leadership: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including influencer marketing, brand partnerships, PR, and experiential events.
- Project Management: Expertise in creating and managing detailed project plans, production schedules, and status reports, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients, media, and partners.
- Operational Excellence: Adept at coordinating all logistical aspects of campaigns, including creative and production, on-the-ground operations, overseeing travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics with the ability to monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

What You Will Do:
You will be the driving force executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns. Your day might include:
- Implement and oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns, including PR, partnerships, media collaborations, experiential marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns that enhance clients’ brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage all aspects of campaign execution, from strategy development to post-campaign reporting, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Travel as needed to support coordination / on-site execution of events, brand activations, press visits, media FAMs, and celebrity visits.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners, managing expectations and delivering on business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives and campaign results.
- Travel as needed to assist with the on-location production of experiential marketing, events, brand activations, press visits, and media fams.
