We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Senior Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that amplify Truepill's brand, support sales efforts, and enhance customer engagement.

As the Marketing Communications Senior Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies, content creation, and market analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging, optimizing content for various platforms, and driving impactful marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will have a strong background in B2B marketing communications, with expertise in content strategy, SEO, and market research.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

  • You will lead the creation, curation, and management of high-quality marketing communications content, including press releases, blog posts, social media content, videos, and sales collateral.
  • You will ensure content aligns with Truepill’s brand, business objectives, and audience needs, maintaining a consistent voice across all platforms.
  • You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support sales and business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with the Brand, Sales, and Product teams to create impactful messaging and content that resonates with target audiences, leveraging various channels (e.g., web, email, social media, events).
  • You will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies for conferences and industry events.
  • You will manage logistics, collaborate with vendors, and enhance performance metrics to ensure successful event outcomes that enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • You will create and manage a content calendar for all sales and marketing content. Leverage SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques to ensure high content visibility and engagement across search engines and platforms.
  • You will conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • You will develop market research reports to inform and refine sales and marketing strategies, ensuring Truepill maintains a competitive edge.
  • You will track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing communications initiatives. Use data and analytics to measure engagement, content effectiveness, and campaign outcomes, making data driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • You will work closely with senior leadership, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment in messaging and communication strategies.
  • You will act as a key liaison between departments to ensure marketing efforts support overall business and sales goals.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, with a proven track record of creating successful content strategies, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • You possess excellent writing, communication, and conceptualization skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to develop competitive communication strategies based on market insights and data.
  • You possess strong SEO and content optimization skills, with experience in keyword research and leveraging analytics tools to track and optimize content performance.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the healthcare or health tech industry, with an understanding of sales and business dynamics in the sector.

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000.
