Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field, 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications or social media management, familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce), proficiency in social media and analytics tools, knowledge of SEO and content marketing, strong writing and editing skills.

Manage social media content strategies, collaborate with the sales team for consistent messaging, develop and manage website and newsletter content, draft and distribute corporate press releases, collaborate with internal teams for public-facing communications, monitor media coverage, and provide insights to senior management.

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communication Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in crafting and delivering compelling messages that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various communication platforms and tools, including digital marketing, print advertising, and performance marketing strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence and ensuring effective communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content strategies for corporate social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize audience reach and impact.
- Respond to online inquiries and comments in alignment with brand voice and guidelines.
Marketing Coordination with Sales Team
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and assets tailored to sales needs.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to refine communication strategies.
Content Creation and Branding
- Develop and manage content for the company’s website, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey corporate identity.
Corporate Press Releases
- Draft, edit, and distribute corporate press releases, ensuring alignment with company messaging and tone.
- Coordinate with leadership and media contacts to secure appropriate press coverage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and information for public-facing communications.
- Support communication initiatives for events, product launches, and campaigns.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Track media coverage, campaign performance, and audience engagement metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the communications team and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, social media management, or marketing (internships included).
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and press release distribution tools.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Basic design skills or experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Detail-oriented, ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
