Position Purpose:

This role within the AvaSure marketing organization is responsible for supporting our message creation and development, content creation, RFPs, Executive and Sales presentations and strategic planning, and has responsibility for key Coordination functions and special projects on the marketing team.

This role will report directly into the Senior Director of Product Marketing. This is a very collaborative role, having the opportunity to work closely with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Sales Operations and related roles across AvaSure.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or similar) is required.
  • Experience in SaaS, Technology, Software, or other ancillary industries a plus.
  • Experience in the hospital/health system industry is a plus.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Website - Responsible for executing our ongoing marketing strategy for the website, including administering updates, aggregating and sharing reporting and related metrics and tools. Owns meeting cadence and agenda for strategic discussions on website performance, competitor website review and ongoing discussions for strategic approach. Stays informed with online trends and opportunities to enhance the site to stay competitive.
  • Content Management - Owns the marketing team's content calendar and strategic internal review. Performs regular audit on marketing content, identifies gaps and collaborates to create new content, with the ability to write and edit projects as needed. Project manages content creation projects that are outsourced, including timeline, vendor management and coordination with finance for payment activities. Communicates ongoing content creation activities and timelines to broader marketing organization.
  • Asset Management - Owns our Content Hub tool, oversees training for employees, organization of content, expiration of older documents, and various reporting is captured and shared as needed. Works with internal groups to drive compliance on use of the tool and document updates.
  • Sales Enablement and RFP support - Support the Sales Enablement marketing lead and broad product marketing team on Requests for Proposal information gathering, follow up and document completion, creation of training materials and client facing presentation materials, sales feedback and deal support.
  • Campaign Management - Project manages for the broader marketing team each of the campaigns (typically no more than two or three short term and three evergreen) in close collaboration with each of the campaign owners. Responsibilities include setting up kickoff meetings, creating and assigning tasks in ASANA, following up to keep the projects on schedule, collecting and sharing reporting information. Coordinates as needed in third party demand generation tools such as Marketo and Demand Base. Responsible for facilitating debrief calls and lessons learned.
  • Webinar Management - Owns the annual webinar calendar for marketing. Project manages for the broader marketing team each of the webinars (typically no more than 2 per month) in close collaboration with each of the webinar owners. Responsibilities include setting up kickoff meetings, creating and assigning tasks in ASANA, following up to keep the projects on schedule, collecting and sharing reporting information. Responsible for facilitating debrief calls and lessons learned.
  • Messaging - Collaborates with product marketing team and helps support ongoing work on core messaging, product and feature launches, positioning, value propositions, persona creation and related projects.

  • Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing.
  • Must be able to work in an office or home office environment.
  • This position is full-time.
  • The position is remote within the U.S. when not traveling.
