Signature Travel Network is searching for a full-time, experienced and talented Travel Marketing Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team in our El Segundo, CA office or remotely. The Travel Marketing Content Coordinator should have excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for writing, and strong editing abilities. The ideal candidate is responsible for planning and creating content for timely, on-target marketing campaigns from concept creation to execution. They should be capable of collaborating with internal teams to drive authentic, consistent, and compelling messaging across multiple channels. Campaigns include a range of emarketing and digital initiatives: email campaigns, website content, etc. This position involves working with a design team, greater marketing team, and Signature’s preferred supplier partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating email campaigns and maintaining calendar
- Assist with campaign deployment tasks
- Gathering content from Signature’s preferred supplier partners
- Writing clear, inspiring copy with a distinct voice
- Providing detailed direction to in-house design team
- Editing and fact checking
- Building, updating, and maintaining website content
- Supporting different team’s content writing needs
- Promotion and product development
- Simultaneously managing multiple projects with short deadlines
- Proposing overarching strategic concepts to team
Qualifications:
- BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 1 year minimum experience in similar fast-paced creative environment
- Email marketing experience preferred but not required
- Writing experience and superior editing and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of social media trends and emerging AI
- Highly creative and imaginative
- Organized and able to work under pressure with tight timelines
- Able to work well in a team and with a range of creative people
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time around unexpected situations and/or requests and prioritize workflow by opportunity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
