We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales. You will support the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, content, events, and paid media.
- Product Launches: Develop and implement marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audience needs.
- Content Creation: Create content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and newsletters. Ensure messaging is consistent and compelling.
- Website Management: Add and maintain products on the company websites with accurate descriptions, images, and marketing content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and enhance the customer experience.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and help build brand equity.
- Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing marketing collateral.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals.
- Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Additional Duties: Other functions may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of professional sports leagues, teams, and players (preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (preferred).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
