The Role
The Marketing Coordinator’s primary role is to support Thermaltake North America’s marketing team in executing the overall marketing strategy for the company. This position assists the Marketing team and Sales team with all matters involving communication and asset coordination between departments and outside organizations. This role will have complete ownership of all calendars, expenses, virtual and in-person meetings and agendas, with an ultimate focus on improving time effectively and to the greatest impact for the business. You will also track and prioritize deadlines and personal efficiency, act as the go-to resource for the supporting team on processes, procedures and help raise urgent matters. You must flourish with innovation, working to inspire a multifunctional team with an approach that adopts partnership, collaboration, mentorship, open communication, and diversity. This position reports to the Marketing Supervisor and Marketing Manager. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for real time updating and tracking of all marketing tactics, providing optimization recommendations to be made during the remainder of campaigns

- Heavy calendar management in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment

- Maintain key organizational documents including marketing priorities, planning calendars, etc.

- Ownership of various meetings, with a hyper-focus on productivity, agenda setting and guaranteeing delivery of all materials

- Work to develop and implement new processes and mechanisms that will ultimately improve team performance, creativity, communication and collaboration

- Assists with the marketing of each launch in partnership with Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Company VP

- Introduce new ideas, marketing practices, platforms, and applications that will help keep our efforts ahead of the curve from our competitors

- Support organic social media efforts in brainstorming and creative execution where necessary and ensure successful delivery of requested creative assets for posting

- Plan and implement on-site and off-site meetings and team events

- Prepare monthly reports and handle complex itineraries

- Establish trusted relationships across the extended management team

- Assist with project management of content creation

- Develop and grow community outreach programs with local businesses and organizations

- Distributing assets to staff members, teams, and partners

- Coordinate initiatives to enhance information flow and communication between all members in communication chains

- Other special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications
- Four year bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or Communications Preferred) or equivalent work experience

- Marketing team experience with brand and/or marketing agency, consumer marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology consumer companies/products preferred

- Knowledge of the digital creator landscape and/or technology is a plus

Additional Qualifications
- Proficient with Outlook e-mail/calendar, Zoom, Adobe, OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Suite, Google Docs & Sheets

- Able to invent new and streamlines ways of communicating and assisting at high-volumes

- Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple principals or teams

- Must be well-organized and detail oriented.

- Understanding of traditional and digital marketing, including but not limited to, display, print, paid social, performance and digital media channels

- Possess strong decision-making skills and can operate with significant autonomy and discretion

- Creative problem solver with strategic and analytical prowess

- Detail oriented with strong project management skills

- Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient on PC operating systems; PC building and technical knowledge a strong plus

- Experience with Facebook/IG Business Manager, Google Adwords and Analytics preferred but not required

- Ability to win trust and have positive relationships with all levels of team members

- Operate with discretion and exercise good judgment when handling confidential information

Work Environment

- Must be willing to work and travel to events during evening and weekend hours, as required (company covered)

- Must be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds; generally involving computer systems and event setups
