The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing activities at Cleerline Technology Group, focusing on brand consistency, digital and offline marketing execution, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who will play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency, executing marketing campaigns, and managing relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day coordination of our marketing activities, including managing multiple company websites, making minor graphic updates, coordinating digital marketing initiatives, scheduling and sending newsletters, handling insertion orders for publications, and working with outsourced vendors. This role requires someone proactive, capable of juggling several priorities, and comfortable collaborating across a diverse team of marketers, designers, copywriters, developers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Update and maintain multiple company websites using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and timely implementation of changes.
- Graphic and Brand Maintenance: Make minor graphic edits and updates to both digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Assist with scheduling and deploying newsletters, managing email lists, and updating digital assets. Support social media postings and basic SEO optimizations when needed.
- Offline Marketing Coordination: Manage insertion orders for print publications and other offline marketing channels. Work closely with print vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Vendor and Outsource Management: Identify tasks suited for external specialists, communicate project briefs clearly, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met on time and within budget.
- Project Coordination: Track deadlines, ensure all marketing activities align with overarching campaign calendars, and maintain organized documentation for quick reference and performance tracking.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams—such as designers, copywriters, and developers—to keep everyone updated, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate smooth, on-time project completions.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Basic graphic design skills, including familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or comparable design tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities; able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to give clear feedback and instructions.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and a keen eye for branding and consistency.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor web edits.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
- Experience coordinating with print vendors and understanding basic print production requirements.
- Experience in Audio Video, IT or technology field
