SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Regen Marketing team in executing marketing initiatives, focusing on product awareness, sales growth, and coordination of various marketing activities within the regeneration business unit of Enovis.
Marketing Coordinator
- Assist in the organization, execution, and tracking of marketing programs and campaigns designed to drive product awareness and sales growth
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with product goals, sales objectives, and brand positioning
- Monitor and analyze the performance of programs and campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics (KPIs)
- Manage marketing material generation, working cross-functionally with Enovis Marcom team members, including brochures, presentations, tradeshow materials, etc.
- Assist in editing content for the company website, email newsletters, and social media platforms
- Edit and offer suggestions for messaging and content that communicates technical information in a clear and compelling way for different audiences, including surgeons, healthcare providers, payers and patients
- Support digital marketing initiatives increase online visibility
- Manage the company’s social media accounts by working with Marcom to post relevant content and monitor performance
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, President’s Council meetings and other industry events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and product demonstrations
- Assist with organizing educational classes, webinars and seminars, supporting new hires and product launches and medical education programs.
- Manage event budgets and work with vendors, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- Conduct quarterly market research under the guidance of the marketing team
- Assist in gathering customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain a library of Regen assets for the internal team and for the sales team to utilize, including product images, technical documents, and promotional materials
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations, ensuring they reflect up-to-date product information and marketing messaging and have obtained all the necessary legal, regulatory and compliance approvals, when required
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for ongoing programs and projects
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and creative agencies to execute initiatives on time and within budget
- Track project progress, update stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are met
- Manage all IT platforms used to support Regen programs and products (i.e. Oracle, Agile, Salesforce, Beacons)
- Assist with the coordination and execution of product and data launches
- Maintain launch timelines, track milestones, and ensure that all elements of the launch are executed smoothly and on schedule
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documentation
- Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, budgets, and product-related documentation
- Manage vendor and HCP payment processing and collection of required documentation
- B.S. Degree or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years Medical Device industry experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
