POSITION: Marketing Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Sr. Marketing Manager

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing support to the Sr. Marketing Manager for the execution on customer specific projects as well as assisting the field sales team.

Essential Functions

• Support Sr. Marketing Manager with day-to-day Stage Gate projects and tactics that drive compliance through the Dynamics system
• Serve as a key connection point between sales and marketing for customer requests
• Manage customer sample request program including potential new items and finished goods samples for customer approval prior to first ship on new items.
• Manage the intake and output of bid process and customer paperwork/new item form completion
• Manage customer portals ensuring accurate and timely information
• Manage CDMT process and monitor through the Dynamics system
• Support the development of materials in for retailer line reviews and customer specific selling stories
• Assist with managing label transitions with material planners and plants
• Monitor the new item process through label development to first ship and requesting samples as need for new items.
• Update marketing trackers and track competitive activity for assigned sales managers Assist assigned sales managers with deduction process.
• Assist sales managers to resolve customer challenges by developing appropriate plans with cross-functional groups.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education/Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience in partnering with cross functional teams
• Ability to effectively synthesize and communicate information and analysis.
• Detail orientated individual, excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Team player able to work in fast paced environment.

FLSA Designation: This position is a Salaried Exempt and not eligible for overtime.

Work Location: Minneapolis, MN – travel expected less than 10%
