Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts, contributing to the overall success of the organization’s marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Create, edit, and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and support marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities, ensuring successful execution and follow-up.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team, designers, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Able to work against and meet deadlines.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strong experience with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a of a team.
- Creating thinking and problem-solving skills.
