Job Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and growth for our location-based entertainment concepts. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting campaigns that showcase our unique experiences, connect with diverse audiences, and enhance brand visibility across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Management
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for Museum of Illusions, Cluville, Sandbox VR, and Time Mission.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound marketing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders; coordinate responses or delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Develop compelling content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage up to 2 social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics under the guidance of our Content Manager.
- Capture on-site content such as photos and videos to showcase experiences and events.
Event Promotion
- Support the marketing team in promoting special events, grand openings, and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with event logistics and on-site activations as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain an organized calendar of marketing activities and deadlines.
Brand Management and Communication
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels including website.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships included).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a creative eye for design.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and email marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Passionate about entertainment, technology, and creating memorable experiences.
