LOCATION
Hybrid (minimum of 2 days per week at headquarters, occasional travel to event locations)

0-2 years of experience in advertising or a marketing role; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; basic understanding of CMS and CRM platforms; strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts, manage promotional materials, assist with events, and contribute to the growth of the team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting marketing and sales efforts including coordinating content distribution, conference planning, and promotional material inventory management. Additional responsibilities include event administration, planning and execution.
This is a hybrid position. You will be expected to work at our office HQ a minimum of two days per week. Occasionally, you will be required to travel to various event locations.
Requirements:
Detailed responsibilities include:
- Assist with content distribution and scheduling of items such as blog posts, webinars, social media, email, etc.
- Assist with website updates and general management
- Maintain promotional materials by unpacking shipments, organizing shelving and reporting low inventory
- Packing and shipping promotional/apparel requests
- Packing conference bags for events and shipping when necessary
- Assist when needed for planning meetings, conferences and on-site events alongside purchasing necessary supplies to host
- Attend and support events during evening hours when needed
- Supporting sales team by identifying needs and providing solutions
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Basic understanding of CMS and CRM platforms
- Experience with Adobe design platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is desired but not required
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to organize multiple projects or events at the same time
- Self-sufficient with understanding of day-to-day requirements as well as long-term goals
Education & Experience:
- 0-2 years experience in advertising or marketing role; administrative position
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in marketing or similar related field
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
