We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance business awareness and drive sales growth.

Duties

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Development to roll out marketing leads

Assist in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior trends

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for field marketing projects/meetings 2-3 times a week

Meet monthly referrals goals

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Field and Social Media marketing

Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting purposes

Nice-to-have Skills:

Previous experience in Sales marketing

Homecare marketing for MLTC and Caregivers

The successful candidate will have a passion for social media and field marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
