Marketing Coordinator

Edge Landscaping is seeking an enthusiastic and highly driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in executing our marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and boosting customer engagement.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with multiple departments to assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with our overall business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Manage and update the company website and social media platforms
• Coordinate promotional events and marketing activities
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities
• Closely monitor and make real time adjustments to ads and marketing campaigns to optimize performance
• Analyzing campaign performance data and preparing reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers and content creators for engaging marketing materials
• Work with external marketing firm(s) and execute associated tasks
• Aid in the creation of compelling content for social media platforms and other marketing efforts; including the creation of case studies highlighting specific Edge Landscaping projects
• Work with and inform our sales team of marketing efforts to help achieve our mutual sales objectives
• Develop and implement program using best practices for obtaining positive customer reviews and procedures for helping customers whose experience is not at a 5 start level
• Assist in lead management and tracking
• Periodically sample inbound calls/inquiries to assess our customer’s experience
