Marketing Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of experience in Marketing Communications, degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, strong social media skills and creativity, excellent organizational and writing skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and create content for all social media accounts, assist with maintaining the property website, coordinate on-property collateral and liaise with freelancers, support email and e-marketing campaigns, cultivate local media relationships and manage community event listings, and provide administrative support to the Marketing team.
