QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field, experience in resort hospitality marketing preferred, strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe design software, photography/videography skills desired.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, manage social media campaigns, maintain marketing folders and schedules, coordinate public relations efforts, manage collateral production, assist with website management, and track marketing results.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Coordinator at Sunriver Resort, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and enhancing the visibility of our various business units, while fostering a culture of trust and commitment within the team.
The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the marketing team, consultants, vendors, and Sunriver Resort individual business unit (IBU) leaders to execute the marketing plans for each business unit. The Marketing Coordinator will always conduct him/herself in manner which supports the core values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment.

- Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans for all SRR IBU’s including golf, spa, recreation, merchandising, dining, events, group sales, real estate, property management, people services, and Caldera Springs.
- Maintain and organize marketing folders and drives.
- Maintain and manage Monday.com task management platform to ensure all tasks are loaded and IBU’s are communicated with on submission.
- Collaborate with digital marketing manager to develop and manage social media campaigns for all platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for opportunities to engage with guests.
- Capture content for social media, when applicable.
- Work with agency to develop and load blog posts and collaborate with IBU leaders to get content.
- Prepare and analyze weekly social media report to present at marketing meetings.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager on influencer program
- Maintain ad artwork submission schedule, track all ad artwork specs and track all value-added activity for each advertiser.
- Attend SRR signature events and provide social media coverage as needed.
- Maintain special events project schedules and inform the marketing team, event coordinator, and operations of upcoming deadlines.
- Manage media kit content and ensure it is updated as needed.
- Assist in coordinating media visits and activities.
- Assist with the development and proofreading of all SRR marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, check stuffers, in-room materials, maps, rack cards, etc.
- Distribute collateral on the property and in the community.
- Meet with the director of purchasing on a quarterly basis to evaluate collateral inventory needs and opportunities for cost efficiencies and process streamlining.
- Assist digital marketing manager with the execution of web advertising campaigns.
- Assist digital marketing manager with website content updates as needed.
- Maintain and organize photo and video image libraries for the marketing department, all staff image library, media, and website image library.
- Conduct annual needs assessment for visual assets, assist with coordination of photo and video shoots and attend when needed.
- Maintain and organize logo library.
- Maintain associate shared marketing tool kit.
- Monitor all property collateral, advertising, and materials to ensure that messaging, look, feel and content are consistent with SRR brand identity and are delivering on our brand promise.
- Monitor review websites activity to seek out opportunities to improve guest relations or offer a superior guest experience.
- Assist with compilation of monthly reports including ROI tracking, web metrics, social media engagement, etc.
- Produce a superb work product in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the company and the high quality resort it is developing;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in marketing or related field and/or proven equivalent related experience and education;
- Prefer experience in resort hospitality marketing;
- Photography and/or videography skills STRONGLY desired;
- Accomplished, demonstrable written and oral communication skills;
- Energetic self-starter with strong leadership skills and work ethic;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook;
- Familiarity with Adobe suite of design software – InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Possess information and experience working with marketing related consultants;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines; comfortable with fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);
- Must be able to drive own vehicle;
- Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs on a frequent basis;
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs with assistance;
