Job Overview
Athena Security is seeking a creative, results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that align with our mission to revolutionize entryway security and #SaveLives.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business objectives.

  • Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular KPI reports.

  • Content Development:

Create and oversee engaging content across various formats, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Digital Marketing:

Manage digital initiatives such as paid search, email campaigns, and website optimization, collaborating with the digital team for effective targeting.

  • Brand Management:

Maintain a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing materials, campaigns, and channels. Help refine the company’s brand voice and positioning.

  • Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Mentor junior marketing staff to enhance team capabilities.

  • Event Planning:

Plan and execute events, webinars, and tradeshows, managing logistics, collateral, and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

  • Experience:

3-5 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust strategies for optimal results
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Passion for security and technology (a plus)
