SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive brand awareness and engagement through marketing strategies, content creation, and event coordination.

We are now hiring for a Marketing Coordinator!

The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in creating company presentations, coordinating tradeshow events, creating marketing and social media content and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives across various channels


Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with other teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Will send out and review tradeshow feedback forms to track and report on potential leads and overall tradeshow experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in designing, ordering and maintaining current tradeshow giveaways.
  • Attends team meetings to discuss upcoming sales goals and objectives.
  • Works with members of various internal departments to create PowerPoint presentations to present to potential customers, vendors, and clients showcasing Olameter’s products and services.
  • Maintain Sales & Marketing SharePoint documents and files.
  • Track and maintain social media and marketing campaign engagement.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking campaign expenses.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team. Creative thinking ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and team-oriented with a passion for marketing.
  • Must be able to travel to attend tradeshows and industry events as needed. (In both the US & Canada)


Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in an office environment including sitting for long periods at a time
  • Exposure to unknown travel hazards (driving, flying, etc)
