Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately, drive move-ins to our assisted living community. This role requires a creative individual with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in both digital and in-person marketing. You will be responsible for building relationships with key referral sources and representing Haven Springs within the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Online Marketing:
- Manage and grow Haven Springs' social media presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Create engaging content (posts, images, videos) that showcases the unique benefits of our community.
- Run targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential residents and their families.
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Explore other online marketing opportunities as needed.
- In-Person Marketing:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local referral sources, including hospitals, SNFs, churches, healthcare providers, and senior centers.
- Attend local events, health fairs, and community gatherings to promote Haven Springs.
- Conduct presentations and provide information about our services to potential residents and their families.
- Schedule and conduct tours of the Haven Springs community.
- Lead Generation & Management:
- Track and manage leads generated through online and in-person marketing efforts.
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and outcomes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Haven Springs management team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Indeed).
- Experience with online advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and organizations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Tucson and Green Valley area
- Experience in healthcare, specifically in referral relations will be highly valuable.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Commission: $1,000 for each new resident move-in resulting from your direct marketing efforts.
- Part-time schedule: 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (30 hours/week).
