Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing goals. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated and driven to contribute to Capstone Homes’ goals and future success.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both orally and in writing.
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365 and Google applications.
· Ability to work with sensitive materials and information.
· Ability to perform duties at multiple job sites simultaneously.
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
· Ability and willingness to travel between the local communities.
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Duties/Responsibilities
- Website Management: Regularly update the website with accurate pricing, community information and spec home details
- Brand management: ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively manage spec sheets and marketing ensuring they are accessible, contain necessary disclaimers, and are up-to-date for public distribution.
- Photography Coordination: Arrange for professional photos and video of specs and post images to the website and serve for the sales team access.
- Coordinate with vendors on keeping marketing materials created, updated and ordered as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives, to promote our homes and services.
- Provide general administrative support, including paying invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining marketing collateral.
- Support in executing marketing initiatives and maintaining essential databases.
- As directed, develop and create presentations, and other deliverables in both print and digital formats.
- Event Coordination: assist in coordinating promotional events, open houses and community outreach activities to enhance brand visibility for potential buyers and industry partners.
- Capture photographs of employees, job sites, and company events as needed.
- Assist in identifying opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed.
- Regularly visits and inspects sales offices and communities for improvement opportunities.
- Effectively manages and updates the data on SPEC sheets for Prescott and Flagstaff.
- Assist in supporting a winning and sustainable sales culture.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Credentials and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Education and Experience
- College degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Real Estate Experience.
- Office Administration Experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.63 - $30.00 per hour
