Job Description:
The Marketing Element (TME) is seeking a highly creative and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing marketing agency. At TME, we specialize in helping businesses across various industries elevate their brand, engage their audience, and expand their reach through creative video production, strategic social media management, and innovative marketing strategies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns while working with a team of forward-thinking professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, infographics, brochures, and website content, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Video Content Creation: Develop engaging video content from concept to completion, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and editing, to bring campaigns to life.
  • Creative Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, campaign ideation, and conceptualizing innovative marketing initiatives for diverse clients.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms for clients, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitor insights, delivering actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring consistent branding and effective messaging tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and preferences, ensuring that all marketing materials align with their vision.
  • Community Outreach: Assist in planning and coordinating client events, networking opportunities, and collaborative campaigns with community partners.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to propose innovative ideas for enhancing client success.

Qualifications:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on design aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles is a plus.
