In-person, Lebanon, PA 17042 (Relocation required before starting work)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 5+ years of marketing experience, thorough knowledge of Adobe Design Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office 365, Google advertising, and Facebook advertising.

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and driving engagement across various platforms. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage campaigns and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Manage social media strategies and maintain all platforms
Manage email marketing strategies and perform scheduled mailings
Manage digital marketing strategies, maintain all platforms
Utilize in depth graphic design skills for digital and print marketing as well as company publications
Maintain company websites’ content and design with a third-party hands-on vendor
Take photographs and video footage for use in digital and print marketing and advertising
Create in-depth marketing and advertising reports on a regular basis
Manage logoed items companywide, including inventory management
Recommend and participate in sponsorships that are deemed advantageous for one or all companies
Process marketing and advertising invoices on a regular basis
Manage public relations tasks for all companies
Operate in various industry specific software platforms as well as marketing specific software platforms
Assist in the planning of various in office and out of office events
Managing scheduled audits of marketing department related items (inventory, content management, etc…)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related study or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in marketing or equivalent in education
Thorough knowledge of Adobe Design Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office
365, Google advertising, Facebook advertising
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
