The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing and Communications teams in trade show logistics, brand awareness initiatives, and digital marketing efforts under the Global Director of Marketing's leadership.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the leadership of the Global Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing and Communications teams by supporting the planning and execution of trade shows, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting the marketing manager with essential tasks to facilitate strategic planning. This role involves managing trade show logistics, tracking expenses, coordinating event collateral, and conducting post-event follow-up and reporting. The Marketing Coordinator promotes brand awareness by initiating regional campaigns that align with global guidelines and auditing partner sites for accurate brand positioning. Additionally, they support social media engagement, regional content creation, and analytics-driven recommendations. The coordinator will assist with PARDOT-based email campaigns, digital marketing, and targeted ad initiatives while maintaining CRM data integrity and providing insights for the commercial team.
