Support the Director of Marketing with brand marketing, campaign development, social media content creation, PR activities, digital marketing strategies, event logistics, branding collateral, asset management, and administrative tasks.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Join the marketing team at The Lodge at Blue Sky to enhance brand positioning and awareness through innovative marketing, social media strategy, and creative partnerships in a luxury resort setting.

Every day is different, but key responsibilities include:
  • Brand Marketing + Strategy
  • Support the Director of Marketing with campaign development, event activations, and strategic
partnerships
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas for new marketing initiatives that
drive brand positioning and awareness
  • Social Media
  • Works closely with the Director of Marketing to execute a social media strategy, assisting in day-
to-day social media initiatives:
  • Develop engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram that captures the luxury
resort experience and appeals to our target audience
  • Assist in day-to-day social media initiatives, including drafting posts (including reels and
Instagram stories), develop content calendars, writing captions, posting, and community
management
  • Track social media analytics and optimize content to drive brand awareness, engagement,
and audience growth
  • Public Relations/Tastemaker -
  • Manage press materials, site alert forms, calendars, and tastemaker agreements
  • Support the PR agency with reservations, itineraries, and logistics for media and influencer visits.
  • Digital / Email Marketing -
  • Support digital and website marketing efforts, including online reputation management, asset and
copy development for website and ads
  • Daily maintenance and updating of website
  • Draft and maintain calendar of email marketing campaigns
  • Marketing Partnerships & Events
  • Support the Director of Marketing in implementing creative, on-brand partnerships and events,
including brainstorming and developing collaborations with luxury brands, tastemakers, and
businesses.
  • Oversee event logistics, maintain critical paths and checklists, and coordinate with the on-property
operations team to ensure seamless execution and communication
  • On Property Branding and Collateral
  • Serve as on-property branding expert - ensuring aesthetic guidelines are being met across the
property
  • Assist in designing and updating marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, pre-
arrival materials, F&B assets, and area maps.
  • Asset Management
  • Organize and update digital assets, ensuring all photo/video libraries and promotional materials
are current and accessible
  • Support in photoshoot planning and execution
  • Maintain and update current repository of collateral: i.e Hotel Key Facts/Assets, Photo + Videos,
Promotional Calendars, Key Messaging, etc
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as tracking expenses and sourcing materials
  • Create reports and monthly recaps to showcase results and activations.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Prior work or internship experience in the luxury space.
  • Proven experience creating social media content, particularly on Instagram; events experience is a plus
  • Creative self-starter with a positive, proactive, and organized mindset; capable of working independently
and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and a passion for the hospitality
industry
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • This is an on-property role located in Wanship, UT
