QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics, strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include basic understanding of SEO/SEM, event coordination experience, and B2B marketing experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage social media accounts, update website content, track engagement metrics, create marketing materials, support event logistics, maintain marketing collateral, and assist the sales team with marketing efforts.

Seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for Access Control Group and Minit Charger by executing digital presence, coordinating events, and creating content while gaining valuable experience in the industrial technology sector.
Access Control Group (ACG) and Minit Charger are leading providers of asset management solutions and charging technology for industrial equipment, GSE, and electric vehicles. Our innovative solutions are trusted by major airports and industrial facilities worldwide.
We're seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across both ACG and Minit Charger brands. This role will help execute our digital presence, event coordination, and content creation while learning about the industrial IoT and EV charging industries.
- Manage company social media accounts, primarily LinkedIn
- Update website content using CMS
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Track engagement metrics and prepare reports
Content Creation:
- Assist in developing marketing materials and product collateral
- Create social media graphics and content
- Support case study development
- Help maintain product documentation
Event Support:
- Coordinate trade show logistics and shipping
- Assist with booth setup and event materials
- Manage event calendars and deadlines
- Support pre and post-show communications
Marketing Operations:
- Maintain marketing collateral inventory
- Organize digital asset library
- Track marketing metrics and create reports Support sales team with marketing materials
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM
