Searching for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative content strategies at FieldHub, a provider of accounting and ERP software for security integrators.
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at FieldHub, a leading provider of accounting and ERP software for security integrators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, creating, and distributing engaging content across various marketing channels to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support our growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with FieldHub's marketing goals and target audience preferences
- Generate innovative ideas for customer-specific and FieldHub product-related content that resonates with our target audience and showcases our software's value proposition
- Create compelling social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral using your writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video production contractors to develop visually appealing and engaging multimedia content
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct periodic webinars including the packaging and distribution of related artifacts
- Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all marketing channels
- Schedule and distribute paid and organic social media and marketing content using various platforms and tools
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content creation and distribution strategies
- Prepare and present weekly reports on past content performance and future content plans to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our content strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content creation and distribution, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in content creation tools including Figma, Canva, and video editing software such as Descript, CapCut, or Resolve
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), project management (e.g., Asana) and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our content strategy
