QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, proven experience in marketing or a related role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, creative mindset, experience in Adobe Canva and InDesign, and a passion for tourism and wildlife.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate on marketing strategies, create content for website and social media, manage social media accounts, organize events, conduct market research, attend networking events, analyze marketing performance, coordinate with content creators, build community relationships, and assist guests and staff during peak seasons.

Job Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Everglades Alligator Farm, you'll play a key role in promoting our tourist attraction to a wider audience. You'll work closely with the owner and upper management to execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, identify new promotional opportunities and engaging with our community. This position involves regular travel within the local area and occasional travel outside of town.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with partners and management to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
Monitor and manage our social media accounts, responding to comments and messages.
Organizing and promoting birthday parties, special events and promotions.
Planning, sourcing, and scheduling seasonal exhibits and value-added inside park.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
Attend Networking events locally representing our business.
Prepare and analyze marketing performance reports using tools like Google Analytics.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for content creation.
Build relationships with community, tour operators, and industry leaders.
Prepare weekly Marketing and Sales Reports for management.
Assisting guests and staff during high season.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in Adobe Canva and InDesign
Passion for tourism, wildlife, and the Florida Everglades.
