Von & Co Medical Aesthetics Studio is a leading medical spa in Naples, FL that marries physician-led aesthetic care with a curated, best-in-class guest experience.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Manager will support the marketing department in developing, project managing, and executing all components of the marketing function, including paid, earned, owned, and field marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the studio as it has a particular emphasis on social media production and management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) operations, and field marketing activities that increase brand visibility and engage existing and potential guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate, proactive and detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and a passion for the wellness and beauty industry.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:
Marketing Support:
o Collaborate with the marketing department on the development and implementation of marketing strategies across all channels, including paid, earned, owned media, and field marketing.
o Assist with the planning, project management, and creation of marketing materials, including presentations, promotional content, collateral, and reports.
o Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
o Assist with budget tracking of marketing expenses.
Social Media and Content Creation:
o Plan, project manage, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and any new platforms Von & Co joins that aligns with brand voice and supports marketing objectives.
o Manage community engagement, including responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful interactions. Track community comments to deliver insights on positive and negative feedback and trending topics.
o Track and report on social media performance metrics and suggest strategies for optimization.
o Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to ensure innovative approaches.
CRM and Email Marketing
o Help select and onboard new CRM system to meaningfully impacts guest loyalty and engagement and play pivotal role in its continuous improvement
o Assist in developing, project managing, and executing workflow and email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and targeted messaging. Ensure deadlines are being met and problem-solve when needed.
o Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy and segmentation.
o Coordinate with the Studio Team on lead call-back process and progress.
o Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Influencer Marketing, Events and Community Engagement
o Work with marketing team to build, and nurture relationships with local influencers, ensuring they align with the brand’s values and goals.
o Assist in the development and execution of influencer events and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
o Plan and execute community outreach initiatives, such as events, workshops, and partnerships, to strengthen the spa’s local presence.
o Serve as a brand ambassador to engage with the community, attend networking events, and represent the spa at relevant industry gatherings.
New Location Launch Support
o Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to support the launch of new spa locations.
o Conduct market research to identify key demographics and promotional opportunities in new areas.
o Coordinate pre-launch marketing campaigns, including events, digital outreach, and promotional materials.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and a successful opening.
Reporting & Analytics
o Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
o Prepare and present regular reports on marketing initiatives and their outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media or CRM preferred.
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and CRM tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
· Passionate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
· Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of marketing performance metrics and tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
· Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices.
