Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies, manage the marketing calendar, oversee social media accounts, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to enhance Trim Healthy Mama’s products and services.
Job Summary:
Trim Healthy Mama’s mission is to help women and men of all ages lead healthier lives. We focus on bringing consumer retail physical and digital products from concept to completed sale. Trim Healthy Mama is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and ensure seamless alignment across digital and operational efforts. This individual will assist in managing the marketing calendar, coordinating content plans, overseeing the organization of social media accounts, and optimizing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. They will also collaborate closely with the operational, content, and web development teams to achieve enterprise objectives.
To succeed in this role, the Marketing Coordinator must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to ensure campaigns are executed effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in a team environment, demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement new technologies, and contribute to the successful delivery of Trim Healthy Mama’s products and services to the marketplace. The critical function of this position is to support the marketing team in reaching and engaging our target markets while ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Campaign Coordination
- Support the Director of Marketing in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategies.
- Collaborate with the Digital Media Manager to schedule and monitor social media, email marketing, and digital content plans.
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
-Content and Asset Management
- Assist in creating, proofreading, and organizing marketing content, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and web developers to compile and distribute assets for campaigns.
- Manage and maintain content libraries, including marketing collateral, photos, and videos.
- Data Collection and Reporting
- Collect and organize data from campaigns, including email performance, social media engagement, and paid ad results.
- Prepare and present reports to the Director of Marketing to inform strategy refinement.
- Monitor trends and provide recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Event and Initiative Support
- Coordinate logistics for promotional events, webinars, or product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure materials and communication are prepared for customer-facing initiatives.
- Administrative and Team Support
- Maintain marketing calendars, including campaign schedules, content plans, and deadlines.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reconciliation for campaigns.
- Serve as a central point of communication for updates between the Director of Marketing, Digital Media Manager, and other departments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp or GoHighLevel), social media schedulers (e.g., Hootsuite or Agorapulse), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and paid advertising basics is a plus.
- Collaborative and flexible, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
