Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Development:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, and digital channels.
  • Manage email marketing efforts, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Content and Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and engages target audiences.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Event and Trade Show Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotions, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Manage trade show participation, including booth design, setup, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and communications for events and promotions.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

Administrative Support:

  • Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses related to marketing initiatives and ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing projects, budgets, and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Experience with email marketing platforms, automation tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing techniques, and performance analytics.
  • Content Creation: Knowledge of content marketing strategies, with familiarity in basic HTML for email design and web content updates.
  • Event Planning: Experience coordinating events, trade shows, and related logistics.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role (experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing tools.
  • Experience in content creation, with proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
