The Marketing Coordinator will enhance marketing efforts, manage brand presence, and work closely with sales agents to convert leads into clients, while ensuring high-quality communication and creativity.
The Marketing Coordinator is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, creativity, and consistency in their communication.
This individual is someone who relishes in expanding and improving the marketing and lead management systems with minimal supervision. They will be in charge of the brand management for the company and all marketing platforms. They will provide marketing for all listings and create marketing for buyers. They will actively work with the sales agents to create systems to maximize the effectiveness of converting leads to clients. This individual will track their own success and offer suggestions for improvement to systems and tools.

- Brand management and marketing
- Build, implement, and manage ongoing systems for seller, buyer, lead generation, database management and information management
- Build and implement advertising and marketing campaigns
- Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Keep the operations manager informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
- Records, sources, assigns, and tracks Internet leads, and optimizes lead spend for conversion
- Manages cultivation of Internet leads from acquisition to conversion
- Maintains contact database system and back-office support. Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
- Records, sources, assigns, and tracks all non-Internet leads.
- Assigns leads to the Listing and Buyers Specialists

Job Requirements – Experience, Training, and Education
