SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Coordinator will drive sales results through strategic social media engagement, content creation, and brand management for Louisburg Cider Mill.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for business initiatives that drive the desired sales results for Louisburg Cider Mill (LCM). This includes merchandising and promoting multiple product lines, brands and events for the retail business, family farm, and the orchard on social media platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who has a creative design mindset and is willing to get highly engaged with LCM to fully understand the value of the company and what we want to share with a broad audience.

Job Responsibilities:

· Create high-quality social media posts and written content including email and marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, engaging existing clients, providing awareness to upcoming events, and driving accurate and timely responses to conversations with the goal of targeting business audience demographics. Must be able to track success of campaigns and report to leadership team.

· Manage all brands all Louisburg Cider Mill brands and product lines, through social media and website content.

· Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic to LCM’s website and other digital platforms. Manage website content to ensure alignment with search engine optimization best practices, including key word research, optimization of all website content areas, and content updates.

· Oversee the management of website payment portals and content, ensuring information is up to date, relevant, and optimized for search engines to increase engagement and conversation rates, and ensure adequate back-up of files.

· Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of content initiatives using key metrics such as website traffic, engagement metrics and lead generations to optimize future content efforts.

· Develop distribution strategies to amplify the reach of our content through email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels.

· Effectively manage and optimize ad campaigns across various digital and print platforms.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing, company initiatives, and brand messaging.

· Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and provide innovative thinking full of insight and information to leadership.

· Design/update seasonal ad copy, brochures, pamphlets, property signage, and management of existing final graphic files.

· Create content for events, merchandise, and photos,

· Prepare detailed information to assist with the development and implementation of Annual Marketing Strategy including the tracking of events on the marketing calendar with key marketing outputs

· Provide data to support creation and management of the annual advertising budget for print and media including strategic planning for ads and advertising strategies.

Basic Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Communication or equivalent work experience

· One or more years of social media content creation and/or marketing experience

Preferred Requirements:

· Three of more years of social media content creation and/or marketing experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Excellent written, verbal and creative skills

· CRM tools, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

· Working knowledge of Adobe

· Familiarity with web design

· Knowledge of online marketing channels
