Job Description

Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce an opportunity to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This position will be assisting executive team members to complete tasks in the following areas but not limited to Marketing Strategy, Analytics, Website Management/Development, SEO/SEM, New Lead Generation and General Marketing Duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and staff engagement programs that promote ENTC services, providers, programs, and morale.
  • This position will be responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of the ENTC website and social media presence.
  • Assisting with the production and development of marketing materials and literature (e.g: flyers, brochures, or monthly newsletters)
  • Analyzing marketing data and reporting it to leadership
  • Produce or manage the design of all marketing material, including practice websites, patient information, media advertising, directories, signage, and public relations.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage SEM campaigns and optimize them to achieve desired KPIs.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications highly preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience (healthcare marketing preferred)
  • Prior experience with the support, development, and execution of marketing materials in writing, design, and distribution for internal and external audiences, including content development for print media, social media, and websites.
  • Possess an excellent “eye for design” and a passionate attention to detail.
  • Exceptional work ethic and personal ethical compass; highly self-motivated; able to work confidentially, when appropriate.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including oral, written, listening, and strong presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a small team and with a high level of autonomy.
  • Flexible and willing to accept other responsibilities that will be assigned.
  • Ability to articulate company data to create marketing campaigns
  • Strong administration, organization and planning skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google My Business, and SEO tools.
  • Experience with multiple review platforms
  • Photography/videography and editing software experience

This position will report to the Director of Operations and will collaborate throughout the organization to establish ongoing marketing strategies for ENTC services and programs.
