The Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing and implementing digital and event marketing strategies for A. Marshall Hospitality, ensuring alignment with business objectives while providing exceptional service to customers.

REPORTS TO:VP of Marketing

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator participates in the development and implementation of AMH's digital marketing, event marketing, and partner management strategies. They work closely with the marketing team, community partners, vendors and AMH's Management team to ensure business objectives are met.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of A. Marshall Hospitality: "To make every person we interact with feel like family and to make every guest a fan."
  • Execute marketing campaigns featuring email, social media, advertising, programmatic display, PR, and more across all brands
  • Actively support implementation of social media strategy in partnership with marketing team members
  • Support all technology optimization strategies
  • Maintain SEO best practice strategies, as needed
  • Create content, as needed, to support critical marketing initiatives
  • Assist with organizing and activating marketing events both in-house and off-site
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of sponsorship contract deliverables, assets, and trade once approved
  • Build business and brand awareness through networking and community events
  • Communicate with restaurant teams on new projects and campaigns to ensure cohesive flow through to the teams

ESSENTIAL TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

  • Google for Business: Google Email, Google Drive, Google Chat and Google Calendar
  • Word Processing Software: Microsoft Word or Google Docs
  • Spreadsheet Software: Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Creative: Adobe, Canva
  • Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn
  • Email Marketing, SMS a plus
  • There are a handful of other marketing tools/technologies that you may use in this role including: Tock, Yelp, Cube, Uber Eats, and GA4. It is not a requirement to be fluent in these programs, however, being technically savvy and/or having a desire to learn these technologies will be invaluable.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must pass the federally mandated E-verify process.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing and/or business and/or at least ONE to TWO years of related experience in marketing role
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.

  • Must be self-disciplined, have initiative, leadership skills and must be outgoing
