Marketing Coordinator (Automotive Client Services)- Central Florida Marketing and Promotions

Central Florida Marketing and Promotions is the digital and traditional in-house marketing agency for the Holler-Classic Auto Group, Mainstreet Daily News and the Marc Media Group. We’re seeking a dynamic Client Services Coordinator to streamline our monthly marketing initiatives and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will collaborate with General Managers to gather monthly promotional offers, communicate creative needs to our marketing team, manage the compliance approval process, and ensure timely deployment of all creative assets. Additionally, you will maintain brand guidelines and perform minor website updates. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry, we want you on our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Coordinate Monthly Offers
  • Collaborate with GMs to collect and consolidate promotional offers
  • Ensure offers align with company strategies and dealership goals
  • Communicate Creative Needs
  • Develop clear creative briefs based on collected offers
  • Liaise with the marketing team to outline creative requirements
  • Manage Compliance Process
  • Track approvals and communicate feedback for compliance revisions
  • Ensure Timely Deployment
  • Coordinate with the digital team to make creatives live promptly
  • Maintain Brand Guidelines
  • Keep up-to-date with brand standards and ensure all materials comply
  • Assist the creative team in adhering to brand guidelines
  • Perform minor updates to websites, including slideshow banners and staff photos
  • Ensure website content is current and visually appealing
  • Aid in the deployment of creative assets across various platforms
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth implementation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years in a coordination or client services role, preferably in automotive marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across departments
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Passion for automotive industry and marketing

Pay:

  • This is a non-exempt position.
  • $18.00-$22.00/hr based on experience
