Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Support Coordinator. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to start a career in marketing with room for growth and development! The role requires occasional travel and time spent at each of our practices in Massachusetts and Michigan.
In this role, you will provide marketing assistance for EPP's affiliated practices across Massachusetts and Michigan. Youll work closely with our Marketing Manager, doctors, practice staff, and regional team members to execute marketing campaigns across various channels and ensure our practices thrive in their local markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors, practice employees, and internal staff.
- Help coordinate referral marketing strategies for practices in Massachusetts and Michigan.
- Support the production and analysis of reports to assess marketing campaign performance and help refine strategies.
- Curate and supply referral gift options for partners on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate local events to promote the practices and increase community engagement.
- Order and manage branded marketing items to support practice needs.
- Provide regular budget updates to the marketing team and practice staff.
- Oversee print, online advertisements, and sponsorships for practices.
- Manage and update the online presence for each practice, including website content.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (or a willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media management tools.
- Knowledge of Google My Business and Google AdWords is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
- A background in event planning or healthcare marketing is a bonus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing or event coordination is a plus.
