Marketing Coordinator: Ft

Position Description:

To develop and oversee marketing campaigns that promote the Casino’s vision. The marketing coordinator will assist the marketing department with its initiatives and programs. This position will support the marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• This position will support the marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
• Coordinate events (promotions, concert, groups sales or sponsorships) as well as content for email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
• Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
• Assist with continuity gifting programs and operations of promotions.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18.
• Prior experience in Marketing or related field is required.
• Requires computer skills.
• Must have 2-3 years of casino marketing experience.

Licensing:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License

Work Requirements:

Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
