The Marketing Coordinator will support the Health & Life Sciences Practice Group and McDermott+ in executing marketing strategies to drive demand and enhance business objectives, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

- Execute marketing tactics that align with business goals by partnering with internal stakeholders, including consultants, business development, technology, digital marketing, editorial, PR, internal communications, and brand teams
- Manage multi-channel marketing tactics aligned to the Health & Life Sciences Practice Group and the McDermott+ team across various channels (events, email, social, and web) and aligned to the Firm’s marketing campaigns
- Support the promotion and execution of thought leadership content, digital products, webinars, in-person events, and more
- Analyze data to continually evaluate performance, using KPIs to assess effectiveness across digital channels using tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Eloqua, and others
- Leverage dashboards to evaluate and report on campaign success
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least two (2) years of related work experience
- Relevant B2B marketing experience; healthcare or government affairs experience preferred
- Self-starter
- Knowledge of content management systems, marketing technology software, email marketing platforms, and social media platforms
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
Target Hiring Range $74,000 - $92,000

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
