Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred), 2+ years of marketing experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce and marketing software/tools is preferred.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee marketing initiatives to promote Fox World Travel's services, ensure alignment with sales strategies, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to enhance marketing efforts.

This position is remote and open to individuals residing in the state of Wisconsin.

A day in the life of the Marketing Coordinator may include:

  • Supporting the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Fox World Travel’s travel services, products, and solutions.
  • Supporting sales enablement by collaborating with the sales teams to develop marketing messaging, collateral, and brand engagement that supports client pitches and negotiations. Ensure the marketing team is consistently aligned with the sales teams’ needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and/or client solutions team to create compelling content from concept to completion for various channels, including email newsletters, presentations, case studies, website updates, and social media. Ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and business objectives to support sales enablement and client retention.
  • Owning marketing enabled lead generation efforts through email campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and sales enablement strategies. Helping to manage and track marketing leads, ensuring they are nurtured through the sales funnel.
  • Developing and coordinating virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to promote Fox World Travel’s services and engage with prospects. Providing logistical on-site support and managing event communication to the team of attendees.
  • Consistently read, digest, and comprehend travel news and trends. Conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and client needs. Analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and providing insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Engaging as an extension of the sales team through immersion. Attending regular sales meetings to provide cross-functional team collaboration and ensure alignment of marketing and business strategies. Acting as a liaison between departments for all marketing initiatives.
  • Establishing quality standards and metrics to measure performance.
  • Defining and documenting individual processes within the sphere of control and ensuring others are trained as back-up on processes within the scope of this position.
  • Staying current with online marketing, web, and promotional trends by engaging in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks to elevate Fox World Travel.
  • Maintaining a favorable and collaborative working relationship with co-workers in all departments to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect. Driving standards and best practices whenever possible and effectively fostering a culture of engagement.
  • Enhancing the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Being innovative and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations and services performed.
  • Other duties, projects and alternate assignments as determined by business need.

This opportunity might be for you if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a travel management company or in the travel, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with marketing software/tools such as ABM tools (Apollo), email marketing platforms (Pardot), and analytics tools (Domo) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of lead generation and customer engagement strategies (preferred).
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite to build creative content (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, website updates (Elementor), and interpreting website analytics (preferred).
  • Trade show support and coordination experience, particularly in a corporate setting (preferred).
  • Experience developing content marketing projects from concept to completion.
  • Ability to effectively manage project timelines and multiple competing priorities while demonstrating ability to remain flexible in a changing work environment.
  • Creative thinking; someone who understands marketing strategies, including digital, SME content development, and direct marketing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours; be available for extended hours for occasional events and meetings.
  • Self-motivation; demonstrate initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals and work ethic.

Occasional business travel, overnight stay may be required for training events and to visit Fox World Travel locations.

Incumbent must be able to travel by airplane and/or car at any given time as required by the position. Ability to commute to Oshkosh, WI headquarters on occasion to support initiatives, events, conferences.
