Marketing Coordinator -Restaurants/Hospitality
LOCATION

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred; 21+ years of age; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience in brand marketing or food service is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support marketing initiatives across all brands, coordinate with departments to implement marketing programs, assist in chef's specials and advertising, develop social and digital marketing strategies, coordinate holiday marketing initiatives, track marketing effectiveness, manage budgets, and handle additional tasks as assigned.

PURPOSE
The Marketing Coordinator will be organized, and responsible for supporting marketing initiatives for all brands.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Act as a liaison with other departments and our restaurant teams ensuring flawless coordination and implementation of marketing programs to include: product, pricing, merchandising, production communications, and distribution
- Aid in the communication and implementation of chef's specials promotions, menu changes, advertising initiatives, and research projects
- Assist with development and implementation of social and digital marketing programs
- Work closely with email marketing partners to help drive open and response rates
- Support Event, Catering and To-Go programs to include in-restaurant merchandising, pricing, product offering, and promotion
- Coordinate print and production efficiencies across all Xperience Restaurant concepts
- Coordinate holiday marketing initiatives, such as Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Mexican Mother's Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas, gift cards, and special event projects
- Secure competitive bids for all marketing projects to include menu merchandising, print production, photoshoots, bounce-back, and holiday programs
- Track and analyze direct mail coupon effectiveness and monthly reports on digital marketing initiatives
- Lead administration of budget including processing invoices, monitoring expenses, and reconciling monthly expenditures
- Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Ability to support multiple team members simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of the creative production process
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-oriented; Must be highly organized
- Strong and effective communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Brand Marketing, Hospitality, Food-Service or related work experience is a plus
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 21+years of age
- BA in Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
