Job Responsibilities :
Razer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to oversee and optimize the entire marketing journey, from lead generation to customer retention. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty across all stages of the sales funnel. You will lead a team of marketers, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and utilize data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities:
Drive the Go-To-Market process for Marketing in the region.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to target prospects at every stage of the funnel (awareness, consideration, decision, retention).
Deliver a 360-degree comprehensive sustained marketing plan and execution to impact sales and market share objectives.
Bring thought leadership to the Americas marketing team to deliver breakthrough marketing plans and execution leveraging regional and global marketing resources.
Lead full-funnel marketing and social, influencer, and esports initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.
Optimize marketing channels, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Manage a process from briefing to execution by connecting teams and making sure information flows between stakeholders including digital marketing, PR, channel marketing, events, and partnerships.
Manage marketing budget process from planning to monthly closuring with Finance.
Analyze performance metrics to refine tactics and achieve KPIs across the funnel.
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Identify opportunities to drive product growth and user engagement.
Review business analytics to support recommendations on strategy and investment.
Conduct competitive product and marketing analysis.
Identify opportunities to drive product growth and user engagement.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.
Pre-Requisites :
8 years+ in a gaming marketing or consumer marketing.
Gaming Industry Experience a plus.
Track record of successfully executing go-to-market plans.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Proven experience in full-funnel marketing, including lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Salary Ranges (per annum):
