Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes brand design, digital marketing, social media, PR, and collateral creation.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of new brand and digital property initiatives, ensuring they meet our strategic goals.
- Manage and oversee social media and PR campaigns, maximizing reach and engagement while ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison within the organization, keeping teams aligned and informed on marketing initiatives and progress.
- Eventually, assist in hiring and supervising in-person marketing staff focused on field marketing and local content creation, guiding them to support broader marketing goals.
