The award winning Willowood Care Center in Brunswick, OH, is seeking an outstanding Marketing Director. Nestled on a park-like property, Willowood Care Center has created a facility that has outlived the test of time while be recognized by CMS as a five star facility, year after year.

About the Role

The Marketing Director will be tasked with fostering and upholding relationships with area hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, the community and other referral sources. Additionally, the Marketing Director will work closely with the Internal Admission Director to oversee referrals and conduct on-sites to ensure that they are the proper fit for the facility.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated individual to meet the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication and marketing skills, including identifying clinical program needs of the community, and program development to include physician recruitment for specialty programs.

• At least 2 year experience in Long Term Care

• At least 2 years experience in marketing

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
