SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a passionate Marketing Director to lead the execution of innovative marketing campaigns, build an in-house team, and drive engagement and awareness for Resupply's mission of transforming household goods into emergency relief.
Position & Company Overview:
Resupply is looking for a dynamic, well-rounded marketing leader to join us on our journey to reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the U.S. We are seeking someone who will be passionate about our mission and partnerships as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. If you're driven by social good and a desire to make a positive impact, we want to talk with you!
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and foster engagement through various channels. This will be a hands-on leadership role as we transition from working fully with an agency to bring some marketing functions in-house, and you will have the opportunity to help build your team of content and digital ads experts. We are looking for a talented DTC marketer who can create compelling campaigns that will engage potential donors and highlight the missions we are supporting. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative.
Our small, tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. We work best when we can all innovate together in an open, collaborative environment. Our culture is built on the foundation of thinking disruptively, obsessing over adding value, and reaching out to support one another as we strive to Make Giving Simple and have fun doing it!
