We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Director to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping a brand’s identity, driving growth, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do:
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction of our marketing efforts across all venues. You’ll lead a team, manage large-scale campaigns, and ensure consistency of the brand’s messaging and presence in the market. You will leverage data-driven insights to develop innovative strategies that elevate our brand, engage with our target audience, and keep us at the forefront of Denver’s hospitality scene.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing strategies to promote Lotus Concepts Management venues, ensuring consistency across digital, social, and traditional channels.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing training, guidance, support, and professional development to enhance the effectiveness of the department.

  • Brand Development: Oversee the continued evolution of our brand identity, ensuring it resonates with both existing and new audiences. Ensure all marketing efforts align with our brand’s voice, vision, and values.

  • Creative Campaigns: Design and launch innovative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with design, events, and operations teams to ensure high-impact creative execution.

  • Community & Industry Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders, media, influencers, and community organizations. Serve as the face of Lotus Concepts for PR and partnership opportunities.

  • Event Strategy: Work closely with the events team to strategize and oversee large-scale events, ensuring successful promotion and engagement.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and consumer insights to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Track ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.

  • Digital Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and technological innovations to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge and highly effective across all digital platforms.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and projects are executed within budgetary constraints.

  • Public Relations: Manage media relationships and field press inquiries, representing the brand in interviews, media events, and other public forums.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record of success (experience in the hospitality industry is preferred).

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.

  • Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.

  • Deep understanding of branding, creative development, digital marketing (including social media), and public relations.

  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve marketing strategies.

  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight of marketing programs.

  • Highly proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and content management systems.

  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media best practices.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

  • A creative and strategic thinker who can balance innovation with practicality.
