MeasurePM is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing/Media professional to drive revenue and develop new sales leads for their EMR product, focusing on relationship-oriented sales within the healthcare sector.

MeasurePM is seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Marketing/Media professional with measured success in conducting Marketing efforts and developing new sales leads. The position is responsible for driving revenue in our EMR product as well as developing a pipeline of new clients.
This position requires someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, energetic and demonstrates strong initiative. The ideal candidate works closely with our sales representatives, is comfortable selling online advertising, creating custom content, organizing webinars, developing newsletters, and most importantly, lead generation. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively via email and in person through utilizing Power Point and other multi-media presentations. The candidate should possess strong business development skills, high standards for professionalism and quality, excellent account management and organizational skills, and have a growth mindset. They should also possess the ability to work both independently and directly with team members, as well as working efficiently within and across departments.

The ideal candidate possesses healthcare Marketing & Sales background - knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field is a BIG plus. Candidates should not be afraid to delve into technical topics or learn new industries. The sales process is relationship-oriented with a high level of accountability expected. This is a full-time, salaried position with the ability to work remotely.

Roles And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Conduct outbound calling and emails into vertical market targets
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns across several channels with the main intention of driving up lead generation
  • Work with vertical brand leaders and management on cross-vertical proposals and account relationships as required
  • On-board and follow up of deliverables upon executed engagement agreements / projects
  • Assess lead quality and schedule demonstration with prospect customer and the sales team
  • Answering incoming calls and general email inquiries as necessary
  • Coordinate with accounting team on invoicing and other billing/receivable matters
  • Conduct research that supports the development of the sales pipeline, such as performing company searches or gathering client or market trend information; stay updated with the industry and with new products and services
  • Support management, events, conferences, marketing and custom content teams as needed
  • Prepare and engage in weekly sales reporting and meetings

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry (Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA - HUGE plus).
  • College degree (preferred) or certificate in sales/marketing
  • Committed to sales and revenue growth and exceptional service to clients
  • Strong judgement and high standards as a marketing professional
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking and organized approach to tasks and record-keeping
  • Professionalism in personality, appearance, and work product
  • Ability to set goals and execute to meet deadlines while maintaining integrity in the process
  • Positive attitude, ability to quickly build rapport with clients and team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in outbound phone sales
  • Proven ability to work independently/individually and to work on small teams
  • Quick learner and ability to adapt in a fast paced, growing environment
  • Strong negotiating skills and experience using a consultative, solution-based sales system
  • Hands on experience with CRM software; advanced knowledge/expertise using MS office and/or Google Suite
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Constant Contact Experience a major plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
