Responsibilities:
- Sales-Driven Marketing: Create and execute marketing strategies that prioritize product movement and drive sales through various channels, including email campaigns, e-commerce merchandising, social media, and paid advertising.
- E-commerce Merchandising: Optimize product presentation, descriptions, and imagery to make products visually appealing and desirable on e-commerce platforms.
- Mass Email Campaigns: Design and implement email campaigns that capture attention, drive engagement, and convert leads into customers.
- Social Media Marketing: Craft and manage dynamic social media content that resonates with Millennial and Gen Z trends while showcasing products in an aspirational way.
- Paid Advertising: Strategically manage and optimize Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and Facebook/Instagram ads to maximize ROI and sales performance.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends and ensuring products are marketed in a way that feels fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
- Data-Driven Approach: Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure campaigns are delivering results.

- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for design, photography, and product presentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on E-commerce, SEO, advertising, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
