As a Marketing Director you have an enthusiasm for creating promotions and advertising to drive sales and build brand awareness. You are friendly and have a passion for developing and marketing. As a Marketing Director with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:

• Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
• Hiring, training and developing, and retaining high performing team members
• Work with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new clients and keep current clients
• Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
• Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts clients to the product or service
• Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
